Co-Owners

Nathen Welch
With 24 years of electrical experience, Nathen enjoys helping people find solutions for their electrical repairs.
Nathen has been married to Heather for 20 years. He is the proud father of children Barrett, Wyatt, and Patton. He enjoys shooting sports, hunting, outdoors, and watching sports (go Bucs!). He has served 10 years as a city council member. He also serves on the Maumelle planning and zoning committee as well as the cemetery committee.
One of Nathen’s favorite biblical scriptures is: 1 Corinthians 16:13-14: Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Do everything in love.

Blake Isom
Blake has 17 years of valuable experience in the electrical trade. He has extensive knowledge in installing generators. He has also completed training with generators and infrared.
Apprentices that come into the trade by working at ESCA receive their initial training with Blake. He also continues to mentor them to ensure they are learning best practices of the trade.
Blake, his wife Allison and his son Bradley, are residents of Maumelle, AR. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, going to the shooting range, fishing, being on the water, and spending time with his family.
